As a self-proclaimed "Foodie", Nieta knows the impact that great food has on an event. With over 15 years of culinary experience, she creates flavorful food with a spin on the classics. She is certified with the State of Illinois and City of Chicago Food Servicer with a Bachelors Degree in Corporate Communications and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
